Panic Rooms
Panic rooms are a great way to protect your family and loved ones from the dangers of violence, natural disasters, and other threats. We provide our clients with a comprehensive building process that ensures their panic room is built to the highest standards. The first step in the process is to assess your needs and determine the best location for your panic room. We will consider the size of your family, the type of threats you are most concerned about, and the layout of your home. Once we have a good understanding of your needs, we will begin designing your panic room.
Our panic rooms are built to meet or exceed FEMA standards. We use high-quality materials and construction techniques to ensure your panic room is as strong as possible. The walls are made of reinforced concrete, the door is made of steel, and the ventilation system is designed to keep the air inside fresh and clean. We also offer a variety of features that can be added to your panic room, such as: a communication system, a food and water supply, a medical kit, and a security system.
Once the panic room is designed, we will begin construction. We work with a team of experienced contractors who are experts in building panic rooms. The construction process typically takes a few weeks, but we will keep you updated on the progress and make sure you are comfortable with the schedule. Once the panic room is complete, we will test it to make sure it meets all of our standards. We will also provide you with training on how to use the panic room and how to maintain it.
